17.What Became of It
Released: Jul.12.1995
Label: Capitol
- Quick history: The Figgs former record company, Imago folded in december of '94. They then went back in the studio in March. By the time the Capitol deal was signed, the record was ready to go. This ultra rare cassette is that initial record. Capitol, for reasons not known to me, delayed and second guessed until the record was released just shy of a year after this cassette.
- Completely different running order than the official release
- The 2 tracks, Rollerskate & What Became of It, that were issued on this cassette were eventually replaced with Hey! Mr. Moonman & FTMU.
- Rollerskate was eventually issued on the REJECTS LP
- What Became of It was issued as the b-Side of the Girl, Kill Your Boyfriend 5" promo record
- these are obviously the band's mixes. The David Kahne remixes were done in very early in '96
